this article talks abaut a special planet,this planet is special due to it`s rigth location into its system, location wich makes this planet able to contain water. Even if it has not been proven yet scientist suspect that this planet has the right volume in order to have an atmosphere and contain oxigen.
I think this is a really inportand discovery, due to its properties this planet could sustent life or maby alrady dose, the study of these planets is really important considering the posibility of the need of colonizing onother plant in order to survive.
My question for these week blog is at what distance is this planet from earth and if we could reach it with a satelite to study his capacities and its restrictions in order to sustent life. what I think will hapen in a few centuries is that humans will be able to travel to colonize other planets, and maby will eventually find planets with life in it.

There has been a new planet discovered, it is 20 light years from Earth and researchers have called it Gliese 581. They say that it has the right temperature to support liquid water. Also, the planet has to have the right surface gravity, so this means this planet can support life. They are not sure if it has water or not, though. I think that this is a great finding because it is the first planet to sustent life other than Earth. This means, there can be another planet to have life. Even if there is no life, there is another planet that can handle life. Is there life on that new planet? Is there water in the new planet? I think that this new planet could have water.

Scientists have found a planet called “Goldilocks planet.” This planet is 2o light-year far away. It orbits a star and is in the right position from that star. So with that position the planet could possibly contain water on it. Scientists are not fully sure about this planet having water, living organisms or a right surface gravity. Scientists will continue to investigate this planet and look for more planets like it.
It is berry interesting on what had scientists found. They should continue to be looking for these planets and see if there could exist life. The investigation of this planet should continue and not stop.

This new planet is located in the solar system, because it is located in the solar system many of the things that exist there may contain life. Because this planet is in the solar system, it may contain water and oxygen.
In my opinion, this planet should be studied more and more because every living thing in this world is important. When this planet is already discovered completely, I think we should take some people to live in that place so we inhabit there.

Both are similar because they are both known, and they have never been seen by normal people.
MS. LALOR AS YOU ALREADY KNOW I KNOW A LOT OVER THIS PARTICULAR TOPIC, SINCE I AM REALLY INTO SPACE AND ALL THAT. A star called Gleiza, located 20 lightyears away, has been discovered that is has possibly over 6 planets, on planet in particular located in the `Goldilocks`zone, was named Gleis 581 c. The goldilocks zone is a place in the middle og the solar system which has just the right distance to have a temperate temperature, not too hot, not too cold. This plante has been confirmed that it has about 95% chance of having life. The problem is that we do not yet posses the technology to reach or even see this planet. Gleis 581 was discovered about 10 years ago, but just now, did the scientists announce it, hopefully triggering a chain reaccion of more discoveries. This planet his gravity-locked, which means that it is always facing the sun on one side, and it is always dark on the other, just like our moon. The scientist who discovered the planet calls it, Zarminas world, after her wife. It is Called Gleis 581 c because, Gleise of the star, Gleiza, 581 of the number discovered, and C because it is the third planet( a,b,c...). Hopefully in the future we will be able to reach the star Gleiza, and hopefully, find life on Gliese 581 c.
Space is almost like the Colombian exchange but more complicated
After many years of investigation astronomers have discover that there is a planet orbiting around a star, when this happened is a possibility that life exist. Since the planet has the right distance from the star, they think that it is a possibility that liquid water can exist it might have the right surface gravity. My prediction is that if the new planet has the right surface gravity and liquid water then human being can live over there.
